My name's Willem, and when I joined Advania I was assigned to the Business Central development team. While this specific field was not something I knew much about at the beginning, I am thoroughly enjoying it and the challenges and learning it is bringing. The first few months at Advania were filled with Microsoft certifications and getting to know all the teams who come into the office, which was daunting at first but am much better off for it. I am also fortunate to have a manager I am close with, and this has made the learning and overall experience so much more welcoming. I'm looking forward to what is coming!
