Medical Aid
You will enter our compulsory ‘Discovery Coastal Saver’ scheme from Day 1, and we will contribute 50% of the costs for your individual monthly cover. After your first anniversary our contribution increases 100% of those costs. You can also add dependants at an additional premium.

Annual Leave
You will be eligible for 20 days of annual leave per year, which will increase by 1 day for each full year of service after 3 years. There is a total cap of 25 days, in addition to the 1 day of Birthday Leave.

Birthday Leave
From day 1 of joining us, you will be eligible to take your birthday off, it is a free day and will not be deducted from your holiday entitlement

Buying Annual Leave Scheme
You will have the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days of annual leave per calendar year on top of your total annual leave entitlement.

International Working
After a specified period of service, we enable employees to work from abroad for approximately four weeks each year. We have a specific policy that outlines our overall approach and the conditions that apply.
This initiative is designed to provide employees with greater flexibility regarding when and where they work, including the option to return home for a longer period if their family resides overseas.
