Victor Solomon

Hi, I’m Victor, and I’m proud to be part of the Development team as a Technology Associate. My journey so far has been a great mix of technical learning and personal development, where I’ve been able to build my skills while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. In my role, I work on solving problems, fixing bugs, testing solutions, and helping to customise and improve applications and web components. I enjoy getting hands-on with development tasks and gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies. The support and mentorship from tech leads and development architects play a big part in my learning, and I really value the open, collaborative environment within the team. Overall, my time at Advania has been both exciting and rewarding, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful web development projects.
