Hello! I'm Sphiwe Matone, and I'm part of the Automation team within Advania's Digital Transformation department. Over the past six months, my journey at Advania has been an incredible learning experience, particularly working with the Power Platform. I've had the opportunity to dive deep into Power Automate and Power Apps, gaining hands-on experience that has significantly expanded my technical capabilities. One of the most valuable aspects of my time here has been the opportunity to shadow experienced colleagues on various automation projects. This exposure has allowed me to learn not just the technical aspects, but also how to approach client challenges strategically and deliver meaningful solutions. Through Advania's commitment to professional development, I've been able to pursue and complete my MS-900 and PL-900 certifications, with the company generously covering the costs as part of their investment in our growth. What has been most meaningful to me is knowing that I've actively participated in building solutions that make a real difference for our clients. There's something incredibly rewarding about being part of projects that streamline processes and solve genuine business challenges. The supportive environment at Advania has enabled me to contribute meaningfully while continuously expanding my expertise in automation and digital transformation. I'm excited to continue growing within this dynamic field and making an even greater impact as I develop my skills further.
