Rebeccca Eames

  • Hi, I’m Rebecca, and I’m proud to be part of the Data & Analytics team at Advania. I was introduced to the company through a summer internship, where I gained exposure to tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, before completing my degree in Mathematics and returning to Advania to start my career full-time. I’ve always been curious and enjoy learning new things, which has made starting my career in consulting both exciting and rewarding. In my role, I work with data to support reporting and analytics solutions, from preparing and transforming data through to helping shape insights. I’ve also had the opportunity to attend data and networking events, work towards Microsoft certifications, and contribute to projects. The culture at Advania is incredibly supportive and collaborative, and the encouragement from peers, managers, and mentors has really helped build my confidence and drive my continuous growth. Advania is an inspiring place to start a career, and I’m excited to keep developing my skills in a forward-thinking environment that champions early careers and women in tech.
