Nainika Sayhe

  • Hi, I’m Nainika and I am a Tech Associate in the Business Change and Adoption team at Advania UK. I studied an Engineering degree and ended up not wanting to become an engineer which left me a bit lost after I finished university. I worked at the university for 1.5 years after graduating and it was upon reflecting on all my work and studies so far that I realised I wanted to work and grow my career at the intersection of technology and people. This led me to Advania. The first thing I saw on the job advert was the Advania was a tech company with people at heart and that was it for me! I knew this was the organisation I wanted to work for. Upon joining, I got involved in my very first client project, supporting a big organisation with their Copilot Adoption in just the second week in my role. Although it was daunting at first, this is exactly what has helped me develop my technical and consulting skills and more importantly, it has helped me develop the confidence to take on client projects and deliver on what has been agreed. One of the things that I appreciate in my role is the trust that my manager has in me to get things done. I really enjoy the independence of delivering my work! It just shows the culture that we have in our team at Advania. We do not just preach the Advania Way, we live it every single day.
