Leti Gaiotte

Being part of Advania is something I strongly connect with, not just for the work we do, but for the people and impact behind it. I’m Leti, a Technology Associate working within the Automation Data and AI team. My journey so far has been shaped by a mix of hands-on experience, collaboration, and continuous learning. What I enjoy most is seeing how technology can simplify people’s day-to-day work. A big part of my role involves understanding challenges, contributing to practical solutions, and ensuring what we deliver genuinely works for the people using it. Along the way, I’ve been able to build both my technical and consulting skills while working closely with supportive and talented teams. Beyond project work, Advania has given me the opportunity to get involved in much more from delivering workshops and engaging with students, to contributing to internal initiatives and community-focused events. These experiences have helped me grow in confidence and develop skills beyond just the technical side. What makes this journey so valuable to me is the environment. I’ve felt trusted to take ownership early on, encouraged to keep learning, and supported every step of the way. It’s been a really rewarding experience so far, and I’m excited to continue developing while contributing to meaningful work.
