Hi there, my name is Lesiba. I’ve recently joined the Technology Enablement team at Advania SA. From day one, I’ve had the chance to get hands-on experience and real responsibility within a non-hierarchical structure under the Collaboration stream. I’ve worked on Migration Projects and deepened my knowledge of Microsoft Suites. I also had the opportunity to explore Endpoint Management, Security, and the Modern Workplace by shadowing some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. I’ve never felt more at home than I do at the Cape Town office. I’m especially grateful for the support I’ve received from the TE team and for being encouraged to pursue Microsoft certifications. The continuous learning and mentorship here mean a lot to me, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
