I joined Advania as a Solutions Consultant through an Acquistion around 9 months ago. I had been a consultant prior to this for around 5 years. Having worked alongside Project Managers for many years I knew my passion was to move my career in this direction. Working for a company like Advania enabled me to move my career in a new direction, with great support and encouragement from everyone. With my knowledge of the product, it not only allows me to support my colleagues but also understand the customers frustrations.
