I joined Advania as a Solutions Consultant through an Acquistion around 9 months ago. I had been a consultant prior to this for around 5 years. Having worked alongside Project Managers for many years I knew my passion was to move my career in this direction. Working for a company like Advania enabled me to move my career in a new direction, with great support and encouragement from everyone. With my knowledge of the product, it not only allows me to support my colleagues but also understand the customers frustrations. Someone once said to me, “Whatever makes you uncomfortable is your biggest opportunity for growth”. Advania has so many opportunities to grow and learn, with the amazing knowledge across all the teams, I am excited to continue to grow with Advania.
