The self-paced certification training has enhanced my resilience, adaptability, and time management, while deepening my proficiency with Azure tools. Support from peers, mentors, and managers has created a positive environment for learning and improvement. Our initial project—a company-wide presentation on preserving Advania’s culture and ensuring a unified global experience—challenged me to think creatively and step outside my comfort zone.
