  • Hi, I’m Bulelwa, a Technology Associate in the Business Change and Adoption team at Advania. Advania provided the opportunity to transition back into IT from teaching and grow within a dynamic, evolving field. In my current role, I am immersed in organisational AI adoption and enablement, with Copilot at the centre of my work. I continue to develop new skills daily, supported by a collaborative and open team environment across both South Africa and the UK, which has been integral to my learning journey. I am particularly passionate about bridging the gap between technology and learning, ensuring that AI tools are not only implemented effectively but are also understood, adopted, and used with confidence. Advania’s strong focus on structured enablement, continuous learning, and people-centred change plays a key role in supporting this, creating an environment where both employees and clients are empowered to embrace AI in practical and meaningful ways.
