Benedicta Denteh

Hi, I’m Benedicta, a Technology Associate in Advania’s Automation, Data & AI (ADA) team. I joined just over six months ago as part of the Early Careers Programme and work within the Business Change & Adoption team in Consulting. My role focuses on supporting organisations through digital transformation, particularly around migrations and helping teams build confidence using AI and Microsoft Copilot. The Early Careers Programme was an incredible opportunity for me as someone eager to break into the tech industry. What I’ve enjoyed most is working on the “people side” of technology, the part that’s often overlooked. Rather than just implementing tools, I work closely with clients to help them understand, adopt, and get real value from new technologies, especially AI. It’s all about removing the friction that can come with change and helping people feel more confident in using them day to day. One of the highlights of my experience so far has been working directly with clients, supporting them in upskilling their workforce and embracing new ways of working. It’s incredibly rewarding to see that shift from uncertainty to confidence. I’m really proud to be part of Advania UK. The culture here genuinely puts people first, and I’m lucky to be surrounded by a supportive team that encourages learning and collaboration. It feels like a place where I can grow, challenge myself, and build an exciting career. I’m looking forward to what’s ahead!
