I joined Advania in July 2013, or JMC IT as it was known back then. With a financial background as an AAT qualified accountant, moving into IT support was a big leap. However, I quickly found my feet and continued to grow. I started working on the support desk, assisting clients with Dynamics GP queries. I soon began taking on chargeable work, including client training. Over the years, I have progressed to manage the support team while still supporting clients on Dynamics GP. The role has its challenges, but one thing I am proud of is the diversity of our team members. I am thankful to Advania for giving me the opportunity to shine and for valuing all employees regardless of their background. Our ideas and views are always listened to and appreciated.
