Avish Judnarain

  • Hi, I’m Avish, and I’m a technology associate in the development team at Advania. My work is mainly focused around Microsoft 365 development, especially SharePoint solutions, where I get to be involved in building, improving, and supporting tools that help people work more effectively. What I’ve enjoyed most so far is being exposed to real world projects that challenge me to think practically, not just technically. Whether it’s working on SharePoint customisations, bug fixes, or learning how different solutions fit into a wider business environment, each task has helped me build confidence within my field and sharpen my skills. Joining Advania has given me the chance to grow in a supportive space and learn from experienced mentors who are always willing to spend an extra minute or two to make sure you don't just complete a task but learn from it as well.
