As the dedicated technical resource for a customer, you will lead Microsoft 365, end-user computing and Azure infrastructure transformation projects. You will support acquisitions and integrations through tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure cloud delivery.

You will coordinate technical workstreams, ensuring secure, seamless outcomes supported by strong governance, documentation, communication and operational handover.

Salary and benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is a 100,000 - 120,000 AUD per annum plus super annuation

Responsibilities

· Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.

· Deliver discovery, requirements gathering and current-state assessments for acquired organisations.

· Implement Microsoft Intune and endpoint solutions, including Autopilot, application deployment, compliance, updates, security and Conditional Access.

· Design and deliver Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, RemoteApp, FSLogix, image management, scaling and monitoring.

· Deliver and integrate Azure infrastructure covering landing zones, compute, storage, networking, identity, governance, backup, security and cost control.

· Manage migration tooling such as Quest or BitTitan, including coexistence, throttling, monitoring and optimisation.

· Produce technical designs, migration and test plans, runbooks and service acceptance documentation.

· Manage timelines, dependencies, RAID items and stakeholder communications through to BAU handover.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge, skills and experience

· Proven experience delivering multi-workstream Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant-to-tenant migration projects.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, identity and dependencies across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Teams.

· Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security and Conditional Access.

· Strong Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure infrastructure knowledge, including landing zones, networking, identity, governance, monitoring, backup and security.

· End-to-end delivery experience across discovery, design, testing, cutover, service acceptance and handover.

· Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.

Essential certification

· A relevant Microsoft certification, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate.

Desirable

· AZ-104, AZ-305, MD-102 or an equivalent role-aligned certification.

· Experience with Defender for Microsoft 365 policy baselines and threat-protection controls.
