Position Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud Developer to join our Managed Services business.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high‑quality custom solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure services. The role focuses on automating internal business processes and building client‑facing applications. This includes work across SharePoint, the Power Platform, and Azure‑based application services.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £50,000 and £65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Meet deadlines for complex tasks and project deliverables, consistently managing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Demonstrate ongoing technical growth and keeps up to date with new Microsoft cloud capabilities, contributing this knowledge back into the team.
Produce high‑quality, stable, and low‑defect solutions, with strong focus on maintainability and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and resolving ambiguity proactively.
Actively contribute to the team’s learning culture through mentoring, knowledge‑sharing, and promoting high engineering standards.
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate for this role will have:
Senior‑level expertise in cloud and web development, with the ability to design, implement, and review complex solutions.
Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 and Azure development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, App Services, and related Azure services.
Advanced programming capability in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and modern frameworks.
Ability to architect scalable, secure, and maintainable end‑to‑end solutions.
Please note, we may require you to obtain security clearance (SC) in the future, so for that reason you will need to be a British passport holder with 5 years residency in the UK to be considered for this role.
