What you’ll learn:

The Advania Managed Services team consists of experienced professionals dedicated to providing proactive and reliable IT support tailored to our clients' specific requirements. Our specialists possess expertise in various domains, including cloud management, security, infrastructure, and operational efficiency. We strive to simplify our clients' technology landscape by collaborating closely with them to identify their unique challenges and objectives. From the initial assessment to ongoing management and support, we ensure a seamless experience that empowers our clients to focus on their core business while we handle their IT needs.

Essential Candidate Criteria. To set you up for success we’ll be looking for:

• Candidates already living locally to Cape Town/in the Western Cape – we can only consider locally-based candidates

• The ability to come weekly into our offices in Century City

• A minimum education level in an Information Technology-related Diploma

• A demonstrable interest for all things Microsoft

• Confident, clear and effective communication skills in a group setting and when speaking to clients

• The ability to showcase extra-curricular tech interests, projects or activities

• Curiosity to broaden your understanding of the technology space

• Motivation to excel in your own career while also contributing to the success of our clients

• Versatility with the ability to modify strategies and thought processes to work with clients to resolve problems

The Selection Process:

· After you have applied our recruitment team will review your CV and application answers.

· If you are successful at the first stage of the application process you will be asked to take part in a screening call with our recruitment team.

· Subject to passing that stage, you will be invited to our assessment day in our Cape Town offices at Century City. This will take place on Friday 3rd July 2026. You must be able to attend this event in person to be able to continue with the process.

· The start date for this role is Monday 3rd August 2026. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a minimum office presence requirement of 2 days per week. Our offices are based in Century City, Cape Town.

· The salary for this role is R16,000 per calendar month. You will also be eligible for benefits as well as free lunch any time you are in the office.

· This is a single stage process, and you will be notified no later than a week after the assessment day, as to whether you are being offered the position to start on Monday 3rd August 2026.
