Position Overview
Manage the operational day-to-day Change Management process, to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered. Equip and support the business to appropriately and effectively engage with Change to drive organisational success. Mitigate risk and thoroughly document all change within the business across multiple departments.

The budgeted salary for this role is between R30,000 - R32,000 gross per calendar month plus a nightshift allowance. Click here for the list of benefits.
What you will do
Lead the Way: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of change management, making sure everyone is on the same page.
Review Requests: Take a close look at change requests (standard, normal, and emergency) and assess risks and impacts.
Strategize for Success: Develop strategies to keep disruptions to a minimum and ensure smooth transitions.
Empower Others: Create and deliver training programs and communications to help everyone embrace change.
Learn and Improve: Conduct post-implementation reviews to see what worked well and where we can do better.
Be Proactive: Prioritize emergency change requests and work with our Emergency Change Advisory Boards (ECAB) for quick decisions.
Optimize Processes: Evaluate our change implementation process and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Collaborate for Success: Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to foster teamwork and informed decisions.
Communicate Effectively: Manage communications about changes, ensuring everyone knows what’s happening.
Keep Leadership Updated: Prepare monthly reports and share key insights with senior leadership.
Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and take steps to prevent issues during changes.
Engage Stakeholders: Involve key players throughout the change process to gather valuable feedback.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry best practices to ensure we’re always improving.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with business units, IT, and external partners for smooth change delivery.
Monitor Success: Track change metrics and KPIs to highlight our progress and areas for improvement.
Document Everything: Develop and maintain clear documentation of change policies and procedures.
Ensure Compliance: Participate in audits to make sure we’re following organizational standards.
Experience and Qualification
ITIL Certified: You hold an ITIL v3/v4 certification to guide our change management practices.
Organizational Wizard: A natural organizer who can easily reprioritize tasks based on business and customer needs.
Process Innovator: You’re highly process-oriented and enjoy finding new and effective ways of working.
Composed Under Pressure: You remain calm, positive, and responsive, even in challenging situations.
Initiative-Driven: You take the initiative at all levels of the customer business, making things happen!
Results-Oriented Leader: You have the ability to achieve results through collaboration, building strong relationships, and managing processes effectively.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work well with others and foster a supportive environment.
Change Management Experience: You have essential experience in Change Management to help drive our initiatives forward.
Problem Solver: Experience in Problem Management is a plus, as we value your ability to tackle challenges head-on.
