Associate Consultant
Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Business Change & Adoption team in our Consulting business. This role would suit someone with experience of, or a keen interest in, AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £40,000 and £50,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run focused workshops to deliver clear outcomes.

• Keep sessions structured and outcome-driven.

• Prepare and deliver training on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

• Tailor content to participant needs and skill levels.

• Seek feedback and address concerns to maintain satisfaction.

• Collaborate with project managers and teams to align on needs.

• Work with other Adoption Consultants to improve methods.

• Contribute to reusable project materials.

• Share insights and collateral with the Automation, Analytics, and AI team.

• Join knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capability.

• Help clients understand AI benefits within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

This role would suit someone with experience of, or a keen interest in, implementing AI technologies into client organisations.

The right candidate will have:

• Experience of delivering training sessions for a wide range of audiences

• Experience of working within the Microsoft stack (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and the overall functionalities and uses of it

Past experience of working within a professional services or consulting organisation would be highly desirable.
