Position Overview
To manage and grow Advania’s Customers Cisco Networking requirements both existing and prospective. Working with our Sales community to convert opportunities they uncover within their accounts delivering meaningful outcome focused solutions that benefit our customers, taking a consultative approach to understand and evaluate Customer needs and working with the wider Team and Partner Community to provide solutions that deliver the foundations of repeatable business increasing the overall profitability of our Cisco Networking business as a key objective.

Responsibilities
Work directly with Sales Teams, Pre-Sales and External Partners to convert Cisco Networking Opportunities into sales.
Work with the Wider Advania Cisco aligned Team on specific Cisco programmes and initiatives we commit to, this includes managing pipeline for these activities and liaising directly with our aligned team at Cisco.
To maintain Advania reputation as a competent and trusted partner for Cisco Networking and associated services.
Promote Advania as a capable provider of Cisco Networking Products and Solutions tailored to Customer desired outcomes.
Manage opportunities from their inception, design and implementation phases through to support provision, setting accurate and achievable expectations with all parties
Attend Customer meetings where the opportunity requires to progress and help close business, insuring Technical and Commercial benefits of the Solution are presented and tailored to reflect audience.
Prepare Solution documentation were required and manage through all iterations, maintaining accuracy and quality.
Work with wider Team and other departments to promote and help educate the Sales community around the business benefits of our Cisco Networking Product and Solutions.
Work with Advania’s Service Partners to ensure alignment with our Solutions and Services Offering.
Whilst maintaining and expanding on personal skills and knowledge, work with the wider Pre-Sales Team to help grow overall confidence and capability within the Team.
Manage and grow pipeline centred on Cisco Networking and Security opportunities, updating and presenting to management when required covering and report on conversion rates, profitability, wins and losses.
Services – build out service requirements for projects, including auditing, installation, support and maintenance, this would be in the form of a ‘Scope of Works’ which would be delivered by one of our service partners. We would also take ownership of some customer level 3 support needs and would need to work with them using vendors and service partners to a successful conclusion.
Work on opportunities with our cloud team (Azure & AWS) where appropriate and falls within your skillset, as well as the opportunity to increase your skills in this area.
Help us increase and maintain our Cisco accreditations studying for and taking proctored exams.
Experience and Qualifications
Improved penetration and conversion rates on Cisco Networking opportunities.
Increased profitability and sustainable business from our Cisco Networking products and solutions
Improved performance against specific Cisco programmes and initiatives
Improved customer retention through incremental sales of additional services and solutions.
Making a tangible contribution to the success of our Customers and their success/profitability
Required - Cisco CCNP, Meraki CMNA
Desirable – Cisco accreditations from the broader portfolio, specifically Collaboration and Security
