Credit Controller
Position Overview
Advania are looking for a Credit Controller to join our growing finance function as part of our Cash Applications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑focused and numerate professional to build their career within a supportive, collaborative environment at a forward‑thinking technology business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate cash collection, working closely with customers and internal teams to manage accounts effectively and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities
Managing a ledger of up to 500 customer accounts, including a proportion of high‑value and complex accounts
Proactively contacting customers to ensure invoices are received, approved, and paid on time
Obtaining remittances to allow payments to be applied accurately and efficiently
Communicating confidently and professionally via phone and email
Ensuring payments are received in line with agreed credit terms
Managing non‑standard customer requirements and liaising with internal teams to resolve queries
Experience and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent numeracy skills
A professional and mature approach to work
Clear and confident communication skills
A flexible, team‑focused mindset
Pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work
IT‑literate, with experience using Outlook, Excel, and other business systems
