Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with a strong interest in revenue and sales performance analysis. In this role, you will gather, validate, and interpret commercial data; identify trends and drivers; and translate findings into actionable insights that support growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and developing competence in reporting and data-visualization tools such as Power BI.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between 25,000 and 35,000 ZAR monthly, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyse sales and revenue data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track commercial KPIs and performance against targets.
Support forecasting activities, pipeline analysis, and periodic performance reviews in partnership with finance and commercial stakeholders.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations and insights to stakeholders to inform commercial strategy and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant Degree (minimum NQF7)
Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and data-visualization/reporting practices.
Demonstrated interest or experience in revenue and sales analytics (e.g., KPI tracking, sales performance reporting, funnel/pipeline analysis).
Familiarity with Power BI or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel-based reporting) and willingness to grow expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and data quality.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining the ability to work independently
