Senior Commissions Manager
Position Overview
As a Senior Commission Manager you will take ownership of our sales commission program, supporting a high-performing and expanding sales team. You will play a key part in shaping and managing commission structures that not only rewards success but also fuels performance and motivation.
You’ll be our subject matter expert for designing, implementing and overseeing commission plans that are both impactful and accurate ensuring timely, precise payments that keep our sales engine running at full speed.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £65,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain commission structures and sales incentive programs that align with company objectives
Calculate, process and distribute commissions for the entire sales organization on schedule
Create and maintain documentation of all commission plans and payment processes
Partner with Finance and HR to ensure commission payments are accurate and compliant
Analyse sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improving incentive programs
Resolve commission payment discrepancies and respond to inquiries from sales team members
Manage and optimize our commission tracking tool to ensure data accuracy
Provide regular reporting on commission pay outs and program effectiveness to leadership
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in sales compensation management
Strong understanding of sales commission structures and best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex compensation plans
Experience managing commissions for sales tea
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
