Senior Commercial Finance Manager
Position Overview
As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager you shall act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business. You’ll work closely with both the Managing Director of Managed Services and the Managing Director of Consulting to support decision making.
The role blends commercial insight, planning and forecasting, and performance management, you’ll help shape key business decisions and ensure investment choices are data-led, disciplined and aligned to our growth ambitions. You’ll be comfortable both influencing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get into the detail.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £65,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Business partner the Managed Services and SMB teams
Provide insight on performance, balancing support and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth and optimise costs.
Input to FP&A for these areas across forecasting, month end and R&O, ensuring clear articulation of key dependencies, risks and opportunities.
Deliver insight on key operating KPIs and their impact on overall business performance, identifying opportunities and risks and supporting actions to deliver or mitigate.
Liaise directly with the Finance Director and the Managing Directors of Managed Services and SMB, providing timely insight and recommendations.
Operate effectively across a complex stakeholder group, influencing at senior level and driving aligned decision-making.
Support financial planning that is aligned to business strategy and the external competitive landscape, challenging gaps, assumptions and inconsistencies.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred).
Proven experience in a comparable commercial finance / business partnering role.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and appropriately challenge senior stakeholders; able to provide clear examples of impact.
Comfortable adapting quickly, working hands-on, and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
Pragmatic and highly detail-oriented, with sound judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions in the best interests of the business.
