Automation Associate Consultant
Position Overview
As an Automation Associate Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation of best‑practice solutions, strategies, and governance frameworks. You will work within a highly progressive and collaborative team comprising both technical and commercial colleagues to deliver services and projects for our clients.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is 25,000 ZAR to 30,000 ZAR monthly, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver fantastic work for clients across both solution build and advisory engagements

• Support Advania in achieving their Microsoft accreditation objectives via certifications

• Support digital transformation in their wider objectives within professional services

Qualifications & Experience

The right candidate for this role will have experience of:

• Microsoft Certified in Power Platform related certifications

• Delivering solutions across the entirety of the Power Platform inc. Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio

• Defining governance and best practices for the Power Platform

• Running workshops, consulting directly with clients and gathering requirements

• Working with the wider Microsoft product stack (particularly SharePoint Online & Dynamics Products)

• Awareness of broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities across Azure

• Working in a services or consulting organisation / practice.

• Supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying additional opportunities within current clients
