Position Overview
As a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will be part of a growing team working to support the ServiceNow ITSM/CSM solution that underpins our growth and innovation as a leading Managed Service Provider.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between 25,000 to 35,000 ZAR monthly, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Participating in the ServiceNow team incident management, request fulfilment and problem management processes
Performing data imports and exports where required
Building team reports and dashboards illustrating sprint velocity, incident resolution and request fulfilment trends and metrics
Carrying out general administration within the platform
Creating and maintaining knowledge documentation relating to platform administration
Performing configuration and development work relevant to experience and capability
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
ServiceNow Certifications: (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certifications: (Desired) Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM and CSM), but these will be part of the successful candidates learning and development path
Specific ITSM or ITIL experience and exposure and (preferred) ITIL v4 foundation certificate
Other relevant skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication
Work well in a team environment
Experience of working in a customer support role
A proactive attitude to learning and development
