Position Overview
We are looking for a Social Value and Internal Communications Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social value initiatives across the organisation to enhance employee experience, and how we can make a positive impact to society.
You will also take the lead with drafting and distributing internal communications on all available channels, including our intranet.
This role would particularly suit you if you have prior experience of working in internal communications.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £34,000 and £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Draft and execute on all internal communications around events, projects, acquisitions, integrations, awards, and any other business events and information as required
Keep the intranet up to date with relevant content and company news
Develop, implement, and monitor social value initiatives across the organisation with a focus on DE&I
Work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for social value creation that align with organisational values our employee voice, and commitments made to our Microsoft Pledge and Social Value Charter
Work with the ESG controller to supply content to the ESG audits and reports
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate for this role will have:
Professional internal communications experience within a corporate or business setting
A genuine interest in DE&I and ESG initiatives
The ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
Experience of managing an Intranet from the standpoint of internal communications initiatives
