Position Overview
As a Senior Cyber Resilience Business Manager, you will be responsible for the growth across your assigned accounts and territory, including winning new business and converting market and partner leads. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role that blends consultative selling, and close collaboration with a number of different stakeholder groups inside a scaling professional services organisation.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £75,000 and £80,000 annually, plus a commission scheme.

Responsibilities
In this rolem you can expect to:
Own complex pursuits or larger strategic accounts
Consistently originate net-new opportunities, as well as converting in-bound leads
Drive sustained lead generation; build repeatable outbound motions, create opportunities from new conversations, and main momentum
Shape pricing strategy within agreed guardrails
Represent cyber resilience in meetings, events, and in briefings
Build proposals and statements of work that are clear on outcomes, scope and commercials
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A proven track record selling cyber security consulting services, including discovery-led and outcome-based selling
Experience as an account or territory owner; creating pipeline, progressing complex opportunities, and landing follow-on work
Experience of shaping scoped offers into proposals and statements of work and progressing deals through governance
Comfort with collaborating in a matrix environment across sales, marketing, and partner teams
Understanding of common frameworks and buyer language (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NCSC-aligned approaches) and public sector/compliance procurement dynamics
Experience selling sustain/retainer services (e.g., vCISO/vISM, managed governance) with renewal/upsell motions
