Position Overview
The UC Delivery Engineer will be responsible for onboarding organizations onto our Unified Communications (UC) solutions, working closely with clients and partners. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the engineer will provide technical oversight and expertise across a wide range of UC projects. Successful candidates will possess extensive knowledge of SIP and demonstrate experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to evaluate customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Produce high-quality documentation to support seamless transitions from pre-deployment to post-deployment phases.
- Partner with department heads and project managers to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Communicate technical issues and risks to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Provide technical consultation and leadership to external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all configurations are documented and knowledge is effectively transferred to engineering and support teams.
- Securely configure and manage Sipcom voice solutions and platforms.
- Deliver and report on project milestones and deliverables to Project Managers.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of customer-specific UC needs.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience with voice technologies and deep understanding of SIP protocols.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Familiarity with PSTN integration for cloud UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project tasks.
- Knowledge of telephony systems including Contact Centers, PBXs, and Trader Platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in troubleshooting voice issues using tools such as VoIP Monitor and Wireshark.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
A bonus if you have the following:
- Prior experience in a project delivery or implementation role.
- Understanding of voice regulatory requirements, particularly within the US.
- Professional certifications from relevant vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Ribbon).
