The Sales Administrator will have responsibility for aspects of administration support to our commercial teams, ensuring an efficient sales order process.

The budgeted salary for this role is 17,000 ZAR monthly.

Responsibilities:
Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing administrative support to the commercial teams
- Supporting the account managers with opportunity pipeline management
- Inputting and processing data during pre-sales processes as well as any updates required
- Monitoring, manging and issuing subscription renewals and processing through to a sales order
- Ensuring quotes are accurate, and are issued and approved by the client in a timely manner
- Progressing opportunities through the ERP system, working with internal stakeholders and ensuring timely billing for renewals, hardware/software orders and recurring services
- Inputting data accurately into a service contract and ensuring all contractual documentation is collated, approved and distributed accordingly
- Maintaining, updating and cancelling recurring service contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Onboarding new clients by performing the necessary company checks and maintaining account data across systems
- Handling enquires relating to customer accounts, dealing with non-technical order and billing queries and proactively building ongoing relationships with stakeholders
- General administration and data entry, as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
- Experience in administration, sales support, or data entry within a busy office environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow and improve processes and procedures.
- Agile approach to multitasking and managing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Ability to interpret and work with data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Self-motivated with a friendly, helpful, and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of CRM and/or CPQ systems.
- Familiarity with Dynamics D365 Sales (CRM) and Business Central.
