Responsibilities:
Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships
Work closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and wider business units to support client retention and growth
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing product and pricing information to secure orders
Manage the end-to-end sales process from quotation through to order processing, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure customer and sales data is accurate and up to date
Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads to maximise business development opportunities
Work with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery of client requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Support with developing tailored proposals and presentations for prospective customers
Experience:
Experience in a sales, telesales or customer service environment, preferably within IT, technology, or telecommunications (desirable but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Competence using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
