Hello! I’m Susan. I joined Advania as a Technology Associate in a part of Business Application. From day one, I was welcomed into a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Over the past three months, I’ve had the opportunity to immerse myself in a dynamic and innovative environment, working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals. One of the highlights of my journey so far has been the opportunity to work on the Dynamic365 course and pursue Microsoft certification. Although I faced challenges along the way, support and encouragement from my colleagues have been a drive in my progress. My time at Advania has been both professionally and personally rewarding and I'm excited to see what the future holds as I continue to grow and contribute to the team.
