I feel very fortunate that throughout my career with Advania I have had the opportunity to progress. I have seen progression over the past ten years, in that more women are establishing careers in our sector. I do feel we still have a long way to go, and I feel the focus needs to be in the earlier stages, within primary, secondary, and sixth form.
