Hey! I am Leon, a proud member of the Technology Enablement team. I have recently been enrolled in my first project at Advania, where I am working on a tenant-to-tenant migration. In its simplest terms, this involves transferring important information from one location to another. In the early stages of a tech career, it's easy to fall into the trap of doubting yourself and your capabilities, as I did before joining Advania. However, in the three months since I joined Advania, I have grown significantly in confidence. I've already been given numerous opportunities to grow and develop through personalised training plans, project assignments, and invaluable guidance from my mentors. My time at Advania has been a life-changing and rewarding experience.
