After earning my Accounting and Finance degree in 2001, I began my career in Manchester as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support consultant. With over 20 years of experience at the company, I have worked on the support desk and consulted on a variety of implementations and upgrade projects across various industries. I have managed teams that include support consultants, developers, and technical consultants, while also being involved in project management, training, and consulting on solutions of different scales. I am passionate about collaborating with our clients and team members on project methodology and approach to ensure we provide the latest D365 functionality and exceptional customer service. Currently, my role is Head of Dynamics, in which I lead a team focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to the strategic direction for all things Dynamics within the business. My long tenure at Advania has allowed me to connect with incredible people and provided numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.
