  • One of my passions is creating engaging client experiences through workshop delivery and asking the right questions. Soon after joining, I got underway looking at how we deliver intranets and information architecture to our clients in a fun, creative and engaging way. I was given full autonomy to create and test out a new way of working, streamlining our delivery which has had incredible feedback from our clients. I have now been promoted into a new role focussing on employee experience to further improve how we deliver Viva, Information Architecture and carry on the good work with intranets! I can't wait to continuously improve how we approach delivery and love the amount of expansion I've been given here with my new role, it's just the beginning!
