Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive innovative sales initiatives focused on Microsoft technology solutions. This role is pivotal in achieving ambitious revenue goals while fostering sustainable growth through strategic client engagement and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client network, boosting Microsoft revenue, and enhancing priority business lines.
Responsibilities:
- Target Driven Sales Role: Spearhead innovative sales initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue goals that make an impact.
- Fuel Revenue Growth: Drive profitable revenue growth across the Microsoft portfolio, aligning with our strategic objectives with Microsoft and Advania UK.
- Cultivate Sustainable Success: Expand our network of trading clients and enhance priority business lines by client.
- Empower through Sales Enablement: Elevate organizational capability through robust sales enablement initiatives, including in-person training and development.
- Collaborative Spirit: Partner with Microsoft sales and partner teams, Advania alliances, sales, marketing, pre-sales, professional services, and product teams to maximize opportunities.
- Engage with Clients: Support comprehensive capability and sales activities across our client base, focusing on strategic client engagements alongside sales teams.
- In-Person Connections: Expect a vibrant work week that includes 3 days (but not limited to) of in-person collaboration with colleagues, partners, and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Experience: Strong background in sales leadership roles with a track record of driving revenue growth in a technology-focused environment; experience managing large teams is essential.
- Tech Savvy: In-depth understanding of Microsoft technology solutions, particularly in product and consumption sales.
- Sales Strategy Maven: Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing successful sales strategies that lead to impressive revenue increases; familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software is advantageous.
- Inspiring Leadership: Exceptional leadership capabilities focused on team building, motivation, and performance management; ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Master Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends for informed decision-making; experience in budget management and financial forecasting is a plus.
