Level 3 Azure Engineer
We have a brand new technical opportunity working at a client office in North Sydney. You are deeply technical and Azure-focussed, but your customer support skills are just as important.

As a Technical Lead in 3rd line (L3) Server/Azure Support, you'll tackle a variety of challenges, including handling escalation tickets, change requests, and engaging in customer projects. With your solid background in providing top-notch support at a 3rd and 4th Line level, you'll be the go-to person for resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Please note that this is an onsite role (requiring your presence at our Client's offices) in Sydney, there is likely to be the option of some work from home/remote but candidates must be prepared for weekly onsite presence in North Sydney.
This role is paying between 90,000 - 110,000 AUD
Formal IT qualification (one or more of the below)
· AZ-104
· MCSE 2016
· AZ-300; AZ-301
· AZ-400 (nice to have)

- Intune Experience
- Azure AD, ASR, IAAS, PAAS, Subscriptions & Management Groups, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), NSG, Key Vault, Automation, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL
- Server Infrastructure
- HP & Dell, Microsoft Server OS through to 2019, VMWare, and AD-related aspects of Intune, server rebuilds
- Backup technologies
- VEAAM, Azure Backup, Backup Exec, MABS · Active Directory
- DHCP, DNS, Replication, AD sync, GPO, Clustering, DFS
- 3rd party Line of Business application troubleshooting E.G Coins, Agresso,
