Position Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish/English-speaking 2nd line Support Engineer to join our team. This is an important role where you will help to support a global client across Spain, South America, and North America.
Responsibilities:
In exchange, you will be part of a vibrant, collaborative team where career progression and learning & development opportunities are found.
While also being able to work remotely, this is a great chance to join an international business and further your career within technical support.
You will bring your language skills to an existing service desk of multi-lingual engineers, supporting an 8-hour shift across the core hours from Monday to Friday:
- 12pm - 10pm (GMT)
Qualifications & Experience:
In addition to your language skills, you have experience of providing support at 2nd line level using Service Now, making and receiving telephone calls and resolving tickets within service level target times.
You will be supporting the following technologies, so experience in these areas are what we are looking for as a minimum:
- M365
- Exchange
- Azure
- Citrix
- Intune
