This role requires everyday travel to our client sites based in either Milton Keynes, London, and Luton.
Who we are looking for:
You are an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer that loves the variety of working across a multitude of client sites, is keen to work with the latest technologies, and enjoys ensuring our client's receive a seamless, professional experience.
You are proficient in all MS Exchange Technologies, MS Windows and Server Platforms, and Apple, Android & Windows Mobile Technologies.
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy working as part of a wider service delivery function.
You'll be supporting our clients everyday in this onsite role, and you’re an individual that understands the importance of problem ownership and client success and you aim for top rated client feedback by a providing high quality service.
You meet Service Level Agreements through troubleshooting and maintaining & supporting a wide range of systems is just as important to you as answering queries and complaints
